Under the Air Box Cover you
will find the accessory plug.
It is a plug used also on
BMW Motorcycles.
The black dust cover can be
removed.

Remove the black dust cover.

I mounted a M8 RAM-B-367
Bolt on the upper clamp from the handlebar.

I bought an original BMW accessory plug from the dealer (about 7
euro)

The original Zumo 590LM
mount comes with a lot of wiring.
Very useful if you have a
digital sound system on your Nuda.
I only want power on my
system so I will get rid of the unnecessary wiring since I have no room to fit
this any ware.

Splice the wiring you will only
need the red and black cores
These are the 2 wire’s in
the tinfoil not to be confused with those from the braiding.

On the original plug there
are 3 wires (the numbers are stamped on the wires)
No.1 wire = Ground
No.2 wire = is for a speed
sensor, just cut this away, you don’t need this one.
No.3 wire = 12V

Solder it and use shrink
sleeve.
Nice and clean

Led it along
your gas cable and plug it in.
As you turn your
ignition key to on you will have power on your navigation system.
